KGI is an internet service provider. KGI is NOT using the same frequency as cell phone companies or connected to cell phones in any way. KGI has our own licensed frequency.
No. KGI does not limit the amount of data you can use each month. In addition, KGI does not slow speeds (throttle) after using a lot of data. KGI offers unlimited data and no throttling!
KGI has two agreement types: two-year contract and month-to-month. The two-year contract locks in the price for two years and also gives a $5 discount.
On the top of our website is the "Account Portal" for all current customers. Once installed, you will receive an email with your log in information. Go to the portal and input your credit card information, make updates, etc.

2) Text message - 540-709-7070 - Text a message and we will be alerted.
3) Account Portal - Log into your portal and send a message.
4) Email: Email a message to firstname.lastname@example.org
The only way to ensure your service with KGI remains great is to use KGI's compatible router. These routers work with the antenna to ensure reliability and stability. In addition, when KGI has an update, it automatically updates the KGI router. If an additional router is desired, KGI asks that it is plugged into the KGI router. This will ensure updates continue and your service will remain secure inside of our firewall.
KGI receives an alarm the moment a customer's internet is down. This allows us to immediately respond and fix the issue, as well as update the router.
