RESIDENTIAL PLANS

KGI will perform a speed test at location where service is desired. The results will determine which speed plans are available for that particular location. Installation costs will vary according to which equipment is needed in relation to the tower distance. An evaluation will be made at the first site visit. The typical equipment installed is an antenna, router, and wire connecting the two.  If additional routers or help installing additional router(s) are desired throughout the home, the router(s) must be compatible with KGI's system. There is an additional cost for this IT Service.

The first payment will typically include a one-time installation fee, first month's payment, and $13.69 control fee. All plans are prepaid monthly by credit or debit card. There are two types of plans:

• 3-year contract
• Month-to-month

If special equipment is needed, the technician will advise the customer of the specifics and the additional cost.  Click here for more information on various installation descriptions and costs. KGI will continue to add to this list and prices are subject to change without notice.        

Non-standard, specialty installations require 30% down payment. If customer cancels special order after signed agreement, 30% down payment is not refunded but applied to KGI's 30% restocking fee. Prices do not include tax. Site visit may be required.

Three-Year Contract vs Month-to-Month*

The benefit of a three-year contract is that prices will be locked in for three years. On a month-to-month plan, prices are subject to change. At the end of the three year contract, customers can call KGI and begin a new three-year contract to lock their prices in at the new current rate. 

If no response is received from the customer, they will automatically go to month-to-month which is $10.00 more per month.  
 

For a 3-year contract there is an early termination fee. Early Termination Fee for 3-year contract:  Effective immediately at termination - 10% of total remaining months plus $84.24 Disconnect Fee.  

 Whether you have a 3-year contract or month-to-month contract, upon cancellation of your account there is a $84.24 Disconnect Fee.
